Paul Kirchhoff discovered a love for wine working for as a wine salesman and server in and around Houston. In the years since, that love has taken him around the world: to Napa, to Bordeaux, Burgundy, and, finally, back to his hometown of Houston, TX (Bellaire, to be precise) where he wants to share his favorite finds with you.
